Qi Gong, The Basics…

Ok, you’re here, this is a video I made in conjunction with the Cranio-Sacral therapy class we had in La Paz, BCS, Mexico. Allow me to start by explaining that I am a beginner of the first degree. That being said, I was trained by the people of NATSTA – North American Tang Shou Dou Association. The Qi Gong is a great way to build strength in a simple and elegant way that doesn’t take tremendous amounts of energy, BUT, does take a tremendous amount of concentration. You want to focus on the microcosmic orbithttp://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Microcosmic_orbit

Marrying the breath to the movement is the key to this whole series.  Without this coupling, none of the results will come to fruition, you will simply be moving around…
