Our note to you the chef, try making this to Ozzy Osbourne’s greatest hits. Listen to the words carefully as you prepare this, you may be completely blown away… Cheers to Ozzy the first tree huggin’, peace luvin’ hippy metal rockstar!
4 cloves garlic
1/3 c Brazil nuts (selenium)
1/3 c sunflower seeds (cysteine)
1/3 c pumpkin seeds (zinc magnesium)
2 c packed fresh coriander (cilantro chinese parsley vit A)
2/3 c flaxseed oil
4 tablespoon lemon juice
2tsp dulse powder
Bragg’s liquid (or Miso)
1. Process the coriander and flaxseed oil in a blender until the coriander is chopped.
2. Add the garlic, nuts, seeds, dulse and lemon juice – then mix until the mixture is finely blended into a paste.
3. Add a squirt of Bragg’s to taste and blend again.
Thoughts – Store in dark glass jars if possible. It freezes well so make a lot=]
